- Extended Grace Period for Premium Payments
In line with emergency orders from Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina, we’re extending the grace period for premium payments until December 10, 2024, for customers in these areas. If you need a payment plan, please reach out to us—we’re here to help. - Temporary Suspension of Policy Terminations
To ease some of the burden, we’ve temporarily suspended policy cancellations due to non-payment for policyholders in the designated disaster areas. This suspension will remain in place until the extended grace period ends.
